How We Started Industry
historyWe are environmentally conscious and focused on
working with the community to improve long term sustainability.
2019
Ilia Energy Inc is incorporated in Canada to explore and develop photovoltaic projects in Greece with a team of professionals located both in Greece and Canada.
Project is set-up to qualify under the Greek “Energy Community” legislation
2020
Identified suitable land parcels and conducted all required studies and approvals for those parcels
Completed legal and corporate framework for the project
2021
Received PPA’s for 85 MW
2022
Simplified company structure in order to be more effective in executing the next steps of our project
Project construction scheduled to start in early 2023
